Hail Suppression System Zenith® is designed to protect agricultural fields, orchards and other objects from harmful hail damages via generation of powerful shock waves, which prevent hail formations.
Hail Suppression System Zenith® consists of steel shelter structure which houses acoustic cannon, electronic igniter, remote control, power and gas distribution autonomous systems, blower, as well as cylinders with explosive gas. A special mix of propane and butane is used as explosive fuel. Hail Suppression System Zenith® is safely grounded.
The safe impact of Hail Suppression System Zenith® on flying objects is approved by the specialists from the Institute of Atmospheric Physics named after. A.M. Obukhov Russian Academy of Sciences.
The station protects an area of up to 100 hectares. It is equipped with 6 metallic cylinders, each filled with 20 kg propane gas.
OurProcess
STEPBYSTEP
1.
Project planning and site evaluation
In this initial phase, the project requirements and goals are defined, and the design concept is developed, including maps, drawings of the field/orchard and project specifications.
2.
Production phase
According to customer demands and land area which needs to be covered, an appropriate quantity of systems is being designed, assembled and tested.
3.
Site Preparation and Clearing
The installation site is prepared by clearing and leveling any existing structures or obstacles, making way for installation activities to commence.
4.
Installation and final setup
After the installation process, which takes around 40 minutes for each unit, final tests are performed and afterwards local staff gets acquainted with the system and trained, ready for operating independently.
